I call to see how i could get an oil change that day and the gentle man told me. So I had an appointment that same day at 3:30.the place was nice I was comfortable. The mechanic had ? About things they seen and address me with them. Service was excellent and I will be bringing my car there from now on

The staff at the front desk is friendly and respectful. The few service techs that I met were very knowledgeable. They took me to my vehicle and showed me exactly what the issue was. I used them when it was only wheelers alignment, and I will use them again.

Very customer friendly service! The 4 wheel alignment that I received made a world of difference in the driving of my car. I was also given a $30 discount on the price of the alignment and a gift bag of goodies for what I assumed was for being a new customer. They followed up to make sure I was happy with my experience and sent me a survey to fill out regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions along with a free CarFax report on my vehicle!!! They also did a free inspection of all the of my car and prioritized any repairs needed according to the severity of the problem. I didn’t have any thing needing attention to or recommended repair. I didn’t have any pressure at all to have more done than what I went there to get… a 4 wheel alignment. I had an appointment although it wasn’t necessary and there was no waiting. The price was as cheap as every other alignment shop that I checked and this shop has the most up to date alignment shop of any locally according to my AI search. They do a lot of lowered, modified cars and raised up trucks and any hard to align vehicles according to my google AI search. I am truly pleased with my experience at Wiggs Auto , beyond my expectations !!!!

I received an oil change without an appointment and the customer service was great! They gave me a realistic time frame on the wait, directed me to the refreshments, and even changed my key fob battery for free! 10/10 recommend !

I arrived at 1:15pm for my 1:30pm wheel alignment appointment, which I scheduled online the day before. The gentleman at the front desk communicated the estimated cost and service time clearly, which I appreciated. During the visit, the technician brought me back in the shop to explain a specific issue with my vehicle. He was thorough and took the time to walk me through potential future concerns, which gave me confidence in their work. The reason for 4 stars is the service time—it took about 2hrs 30min, which was longer than the initial estimate. Overall, the staff was professional and the service was solid. I’d recommend calling days ahead to schedule, as this is a busy shop. They also offer complimentary cold bottles of water, magazines to read, accessible charging cables & outlets for your electronic devices and peppermints in the waiting area, which was a nice touch.
